Powder Coating
Electrostatic powder application cured at high temperatures to form a durable, scratch-, UV-, and rust-resistant finish.
Process Overview
Powder coating is the advanced process of coating a surface in which dry powder material is applied using an electrostatic or compressed air method. The applied powder is then heated and cured in a dedicated oven to its melting point, after which it flows to form a continuous, smooth film.
Upon cooling, the powder dries to a firm, exceptionally durable finish that is highly resistant to scratches, cracking, peeling, UV rays, and rust. It provides heavy-duty weather and impact resistance across commercial and architectural fabrications.
